Pain Ends.

REVELATION 2:10

“Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.”

The Lord is telling us not to fear, the things that we will suffer. Suffering is a part of life. The good news about suffering is the fact it ends. Pain does not last forever. Pain will not be our eternal dwelling, or our life sentence upon the earth.

We will go to the other side of suffering called – freedom. Freedom from “the prison” the devil put us in.

The devil has put many in the prison of divorce, sickness, childlessness, poverty, loneliness, rejection, etc. But the good news is; this “prison time” is not forever. God has promised to deliver us out of all of our afflictions. (PSALM 37:4)

God is not a man that he should lie. God is honest and will do as he has said. We need to hold onto God, and let him move us from the prison; to the promise. We will be faithful during the suffering, and the proving of our faith; and we will not waiver in our love and devotion to God. Unlike the devil, we will choose to honor and keep God; through it all.

Can I hear an “Amen?”

What trial(s) are you enduring, knowing they all have an expiration date?

ENJOY YOUR JOURNEY.
